Privacy Policy

This website gives information about the Balon Česma sports centre. It has no login, no forms, no online booking, no cookies and no visitor tracking. This page explains which data we or our partners still see, and why.

What data is processed

Visiting the site. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you open it, your device sends its IP address and technical data (browser, time of access). Cloudflare uses this to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not collect this data or link it to you.
Weather in Banja Luka. To show the current weather, your browser asks the Open-Meteo service (Switzerland). Open-Meteo sees your IP address. We do not send your location, only the coordinates of Banja Luka.
When you contact us. If you call us or write via Viber, Instagram, Facebook or email, we use your name, number and message only to arrange your booking. Bookings are kept on paper and not shared with anyone.

Links to other sites

The links to Instagram, Facebook, Viber and Google Maps lead to those services. Only when you click do they receive your data, under their own privacy policies. The site does not load them by itself.

Legal basis and retention

We process data based on legitimate interest (keeping the site running and secure) and to arrange a booking you asked for. Messages and booking notes are kept no longer than needed for the booking and for legal obligations (e.g. invoices).

Your rights

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH 12/25) you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and you may object. Contact us by phone or email above.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of BiH: azlp.ba.

Photos

We publish photos of people, e.g. from birthday parties, only with consent. For children we ask the parents.

Changes

If the site gets new features (e.g. visitor statistics), we will update this policy before that.
